At Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, we understand that the loss of a child is one of the most painful experiences a family can endure. We extend our deepest condolences to families facing such a profound loss. To help ease some of the emotional and financial burdens, we offer a special service dedicated to supporting families during this difficult time.

Our Commitment

Since 1980, Floral Haven has been committed to supporting families who have lost a child. We've provided burial spaces and interment services at no charge to families who have lost a child under the age of one year. Over the years, this policy has expanded to cover funeral arrangements, graveside services, a burial site, and interment services at no cost for children up to and including 12 years of age, as long as the family resides within a 30-mile radius of Floral Haven.

Complimentary Services Provided by Floral Haven Memorial Gardens

Burial Space: Families will only be responsible for the Oklahoma State Required, Perpetual Care Fee, which is equal to 10% of the cost of the burial space.
Tent and Chair Setup: For graveside services at no charge.
Interment Services: Opening and closing of the grave at no charge.

Complimentary Services Provided by Floral Haven Funeral Home

Transportation: We provide transportation of the child to our funeral home within a 30 mile radius. $4.00 per mile outside of 30 mile radius.
Professional and Staff Services: Includes funeral counseling, arranging services, filing a death certificate, placing the death notice, and handling related matters at no charge.
Embalming and Preparation: We offer embalming and other related preparation at no charge for those that choose the Graveside Service Program.
Casket and Outer Burial Container: Provided at no charge when you select our graveside service option.
Visitor's Registry and up to 50 Memorial Folders: Available at no charge.
Visitation: One hour of visitation at our funeral home on the day of the service at no charge, when you select our graveside service option.
Graveside Services: Conducted at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens at no charge.
Cremation Services: If cremation is preferred, we will perform the cremation at no charge. However, families may be responsible for a $235 cremation permit from the medical examiner for children over one year of age. The state covers the cost for children under one year.

Additional Services and Options

We offer several additional services that families may choose to include:

Extended Visitation: $375 per day
Chapel or Local Church Services: $685
Transportation to Other Cemeteries: $385 plus $4 per mile outside a 30-mile radius

If you select services that create expenses for you through the funeral home, it is required that those charges incurred be paid prior to the services. Donated services and merchandise from Floral Haven Funeral Home will be supplied only to those families that we serve as the primary funeral home (We do not donate caskets to other funeral homes).
